What makes your hotel independently spirited and unique?

SLH is constantly looking for opportunites to promote our member hotels to global media as well as on SLH’s own social media and marketing channels. In particular, at least 50% of SLH’s Japanese language platforms (Instagram, Facebook, official website) features our Japanese hotel members.To feature your hotel, please share the requested information (where applicable) by completing this simple survey. This will help us effectively communicate your story to your desired media platforms and facilitate media stays with relevant media.

Hotel Promotional Content

In this section, we will request for content that would be interesting to feature, especially on Japanese social media. This can be hotel-specific content, destination insider information, behind the scenes, or other unique aspects about the hotel.

SLH produces different content theme series for our Japanese platforms. Would your hotel be interested to be featured in them? Please select all that you are interested in. You can provide content and videos under the guidance of our social media team, who will then edit the content.

• Hello From (A simple 1-min video featuring a staff of the hotel introducing the hotel)
• Room of the Day (Is there a particular room that you would recommend booking? Eg. It has an interesting design, or offers the best views at the hotel)
• View of the Day (Where can you get the best view at your hotel?)
• Recipe of the Day (Hotel shares a recipe of a dish/drink; ideally unique to the hotel or a festival)
• Staff of the Day (We introduce a staff of the hotel)

It can be about the property's history, architect, rooms, food and beverage or service offerings, preferably those photos or video can be provided.

• Best Spot at the Hotel (a recommended place for guests to visit when they are at the hotel)

Inside the Hotel: Do you offer any special services or activities that is only available to your guests? Are there any unique behind-the-scenes aspects of the hotel you would like to highlight to potential guests that they might find interesting? Any service offerings or history that may not be common knowledge for guests?

Inside the Hotel: What are the hotel's latest packages (within last six months – please specify beginning and end date if applicable)? You can provide a webpage URL if available.

Outside the Hotel: Is there anything in your surrounding areas that guests would find uniquely interesting? Are there any 'off-the-beaten-path' activities that you would recommend?

Are there any special sustainable initiatives at the hotel that you would like to highlight?

Is there staff at your property who would be a good fit to film a short 30-second video to introduce the hotel and insider tips? These can be self-filmed on site and will be edited by SLH's social media agency. Examples of ambassadors may be the General Manager, Head Concierge, Operations Manager, or similar. This video will be featured on our Japanese social media platforms and others where relevant.
